Dream recall from last night:
- There are electronic parts, symbols and equations in the air all around me. None of them seem to fit together, go together, but some of them begin to fall downward, as though being shaken gently out of a cloud. What appear before me are diodes[1], and I am being asked to compare diodes to shields.
- In a second dream, I realize it is an exact repeat of something I’ve dreamed before. I am going into an organization for the first time, in a leadership role. I am called in, assigned to fix a rotten situation. The atmosphere is highly charged because I have been chosen from the ‘outside’ rather than someone from the ‘inside’.
I go into the office very early, 4am, to be there before anyone else, to feel the energy and spirit of the place. But when I arrive, I am not the first one there: the senior-most admin is already there, brewing coffee. She has been in the organization longer than anyone else, is 100% loyal, trustworthy, and she knows who is good and who’s corrupt.
I ask, “What are you doing here so early?”
She replies, “The Lord told me that you might be coming in at this time, and I have some things to tell you, things that you need to hear.”
We sit sipping coffee, and she gives me a complete download of the organization’s real situation. Person-by-person I learn the status of each one. She is warning me of the danger points, because in an hour, I am to conduct a meeting to set the new course and direction, weed out the tares, and recognize the good people.
I am overwhelmed by the blessing of such loyalty and honest information, and when I go into the crowded room, it is with calm authority, a smiling demeanor, and love for doing what is right.
[1] Diodes are electronic components which allow flow in one direction only, thus protecting the circuit. The symbol is , the flow is allowed in the direction of the arrow and is blocked by the ‘shield’ in front.
